Building On Demand provides real estate development coaching and education. We:
- Offer a coaching program that teaches ground-up residential (duplex) development
- Provide education, action plans, tools, and guidance — we do not buy, sell, or broker real estate for you
- Do not manage your money, invest on your behalf, or act as your fiduciary
- Offer free strategy calls at no cost and with no obligation to enroll
Enrollment & Transactions
- This Site does not sell anything directly; it allows you to apply for a free strategy call.
- If you choose to enroll in the coaching program, the binding terms of your purchase — including price, term, deliverables, cancellation, and any refund terms — are contained in the written enrollment agreement you sign.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information in your application and communications.
- Any real estate project you undertake is your own: you select your own team, sign your own contracts, and make your own investment decisions.
No Earnings Guarantee
Any references on this Site to profits, returns, timelines, or results — including the experiences and past projects of Ike Okereke or program members — are illustrations of what is possible and describe specific past outcomes. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Real estate development involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Your results will depend on your market, capital, decisions, effort, and factors outside anyone's control.

We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, lender, or real estate agent. Nothing on this Site or communicated by us constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Building On Demand, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
You may receive text messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, strategy call scheduling, program information, and follow-ups regarding your application.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
