Overview
Building On Demand offers a real estate development coaching program. This policy explains how payments and refunds work at each stage of your relationship with us.
No Cost Before Enrollment
- Applying is free. We never charge a fee to submit an application or to have a strategy call.
- No obligation. A strategy call places you under no obligation to enroll in the program.
- Nothing is sold on this Site. This website does not process payments; it only collects strategy call applications.
Because nothing on this Site is purchased, there is nothing to refund for using it.
Program Enrollment & Refunds
If you choose to enroll in the coaching program, your purchase — including the price, payment schedule, program term, deliverables, and any cancellation or refund rights — is governed entirely by the written enrollment agreement you sign at the time of purchase. Please read that agreement carefully before signing and keep a copy for your records.
Unless your enrollment agreement expressly states otherwise, program fees are non-refundable once access to the program, its materials, and its tools has been delivered.
Your Investment Capital Is Yours
Program fees cover coaching and education only. Building On Demand never holds, manages, or invests your project capital. Money you spend on land, construction, professionals, or other project costs goes to third parties you select and contract with directly; those payments are between you and them and cannot be refunded by us.
No Outcome Guarantee
Coaching fees purchase education, tools, and guidance — not a financial result. Past results, including those of Ike Okereke and program members, do not guarantee your results, and a project outcome you are unhappy with does not create a right to a refund of coaching fees.
