Cancellation & Payment Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Payment Policy explains how applications, strategy calls, payments, and cancellations work when you engage with Building On Demand, a real estate development coaching business. It is intended to set clear expectations. The binding terms of any program purchase are always contained in the written enrollment agreement you sign.

Definitions

  • “Company” means Building On Demand.
  • “Applicant” / “you” means the person applying for a strategy call or enrolling in the program.
  • “Strategy Call” means the free, no-obligation consultation offered through this Site.
  • “Agreement” means a written enrollment agreement signed by you and the Company.

How Payment Works

  • Applying for and attending a Strategy Call is free. This Site does not process payments.
  • If you enroll in the program, the price, payment method, and any payment schedule are set out in your Agreement and processed through a secure payment processor.
  • Program fees cover coaching and education only. The Company never holds or manages your project capital — payments for land, construction, or professionals go directly to third parties you choose and contract with.

Strategy Calls

  • Applying places you under no obligation to enroll.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a Strategy Call at any time by phone, text, or email at no cost.
  • Enrollment is offered only where the program is a genuine fit — and only through a written Agreement.

Cancellation

  1. Before Signing. You may stop the process at any time before signing an Agreement, for any reason, at no cost to you.
  2. After Signing. Once an Agreement is signed, cancellation rights, payment obligations, and any refund terms are governed entirely by that Agreement and applicable law. We encourage you to read it carefully and consult your own advisor before signing.
  3. Company Right to Decline. The Company may decline or discontinue enrollment if the program is not a fit, or if information provided in your application differs materially from the facts.

Program Term & Timeline

  • The coaching program runs for 12 months — designed to be more than enough time to complete a first duplex project, which typically takes about 8–10 months.
  • Project timelines depend on your market, municipality, team, funding, and decisions, and are not guaranteed.

Member Responsibilities

To get results from the program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and communications
  • Engage with the weekly action plans and respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Make your own project decisions and retain your own professionals (agents, architects, lenders, contractors, attorneys, CPA)
  • Understand that all investment decisions — and their outcomes — are your own

No Outcome Guarantee

Specific profits, returns, timelines, and outcomes depend on your individual market, capital, decisions, and circumstances. Past results — including those of Ike Okereke and other members — are not guarantees of your results, and estimates communicated before or after enrollment are not promises.

Severability and Governing Law

  1. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  2. Governing Law / Venue. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
